How should a crushed foam box be recorded at delivery?

Short answer

Log handover time, carrier, order and box ID; photograph every face and outer carton before opening, noting wetness, dents and tape condition. Then send product, temperature and packaging evidence through their authorised processes. A crushed box alone decides neither product rejection nor acceptance.

During opening

Use a witness if required. Record condition without disturbing product or logger; do not cut through damage.

Packaging and product decisions. Box damage alone does not reject the product, and good appearance does not prove suitability. Refer product to authorised quality review and packaging claim to the evidence file.
