Gate access, internal routing, and goods-receiving rules vary by factory. When confirming an order, ask the site contact for current entry instructions, required documents, advance vehicle or driver notice, and a receiving contact.
Along with the address, confirm the internal gate, delivery point, permitted vehicle route, waiting or parking area, and whether an appointment is required. Do not plan as if access is automatic.
Record site arrival, security entry, docking, unloading start, and departure separately. In the same shift note, identify whether a delay came from security, routing, paperwork, queue, or goods receipt.
For recurring waits, share measurements with the site and jointly revise appointment, paperwork, or delivery-point arrangements. Manage product holding conditions and temperature requirements under the product procedure; do not assume a universal duration.
