Modular accessories and replacement

When a route changes, what usually changes is the interior layout. Accessories such as shelves, dividers or plates solve that without replacing the body; they do not fix damaged body insulation.

Short answer

Yes, when what changes is the interior: a new carton size, shelf or divider can be handled with an accessory, and full replacement is put off. If the body insulation is damaged or the container does not fit the size of the new job, an accessory does not help.

When a route changes, the body usually stays the same and the interior is what changes. The insulated outer skin of the GEBHARDT Isotec TBX is wrapped in a galvanised impact and collision guard, and GEBHARDT ties the long service life partly to that guard; the interior can be adapted with optional accessories and equipment.

Try the accessory in the existing body first: check dimensions, cleaning access and the loading movement, and keep the fit record by model and revision. Forcing a poor fit does not extend life, it accelerates damage.
