Build bulk school distribution around product type and label conditions; do not assume every milk product follows the same cold-chain rules.
For each school, confirm delivery time, authorized receiver, quantity, unloading point and storage availability required by product instructions. Link product/lot, expiry and case count to dispatch papers.
On the route form, record arrival time, accepted/rejected quantity, package condition and any measurement required by product instructions. Load sealed cases in delivery order and maintain counts along the route.
If crates or reusable equipment are involved, obtain signed issued/returned counts at each school. Escalate deviations to the designated quality or program owner instead of improvising at delivery.
