How should plates queue in front of a freezer?

Separating incoming and outgoing plates helps prevent batch mix-ups and blocked freezer flow.

Mark separate zones for incoming, conditioning, pending-check and accepted plates. Show batch ID, direction and target freezer. Transfer only after the plate-type check; if full, pause intake and review capacity.

Staged inbound and outbound batches can be confused.
