For operating cost, use plate purchases, recorded replacement count and measured freezer energy use. If service life is unknown, label it as an assumption; a price table does not establish performance.
Keep the quote date, currency, tax and freight scope, warranty wording and product code in the purchase record. Update cost per trip when actual trip counts and energy data become available.
