If a load overhangs, comes in sacks or should not be stacked directly, measure the load and intended stack first. A tube-frame pallet does not automatically make every load safe to stack.
Record dimensions and support points
Note the pallet base, outer load dimensions, gross mass and surfaces that can support the load. Mark where pressure from an upper pallet or frame must transfer to structural parts rather than the goods.
Choose fittings for actual handling
Match a flat or divided intermediate tier, hanging bars and frame to the product shape, sensitivity and lifting method. Check forklift access, warehouse rack and vehicle headroom with the load in place.
Verify the manufacturer's permitted load and stacking arrangement for the complete configuration. If dimensions or goods change, do not automatically reuse the previous pallet setup.
