Delivery plan
Link expected product, lot, quantity, vehicle, delivery window and receiving person in one list. Specify the delay-notification chain.
Receipt and stock rotation
Record product/lot, arrival time, reading, storage location and receiver. Show the product-procedure rotation method on the stock record.
Outages and road delays
Record outage or delay start/end, product reading, action and follow-up result. Notify the designated quality lead of a deviation.
Alternate capacity. Check available and backup storage, power status and product requirements in advance. Verify equipment suitability against maker instructions and site measurements.
Shift handoff
Transfer open incidents, stock location, last reading, next check and owner in the shift log. Leave next-use decisions to the authorised quality process.
