Define indicators such as returns, waste, extra runs, waiting, or temperature deviations with unit, period, route or branch, and source file. Check for duplicate counts when one event appears in multiple records.
Compare the current setup, proposed equipment, and deferral option. For each, show quote date, initial investment, maintenance and operating assumptions, usable capacity, and excluded items.
Present any benefit calculation with its measured baseline, forecast period, and assumptions. If data is missing, set a short measurement plan first; do not state a guaranteed result or definite payback date.
