A shipping label helps handlers identify the correct package and relevant instruction. It does not define product storage conditions by itself.
Verify the instruction. Compare temperature information with current product documentation, transport instructions, and buyer terms.
Link identity and monitoring records
Match product, lot, shipment, and any logger ID.
A label does not replace product information.
Check readability in the operation. Confirm handlers can see the label during loading and unloading; if colour is used, keep text and identity clear too.
Resolve conflicts before dispatch
If the label, delivery note, or product instructions conflict, hold dispatch and obtain written clarification from the responsible person.
Record template changes and removal of obsolete labels.
Take transport conditions from current product instructions; do not assume a range from the product category.
