Base seasonal staff training on shift tasks. For each role, choose observable jobs such as recording a reading, checking a door closure or escalating an alarm.
Demonstrate and practise. The trainer shows the current instruction; the worker performs the step and names whom to notify. An authorised owner retains product acceptance, rejection or disposal decisions.
Record date, worker, task, observer and pass/repeat-needed result. Match alarm practice to workplace procedures for escalation and placing product on hold.
Repeat practice after a role or instruction change and observe work mid-season. Attendance shows training was delivered; it does not by itself prove the task is done correctly.
