Plan hot-weather midday operations from receiver hours and actual delivery data, not climate generalizations.

Confirm receivers and stops. For each location, confirm appointment, receiving contact, closure periods and an approved holding area in advance.

Add the time product remains in the vehicle and each door opening across multi-stop routes to the schedule.

Run a field trial

Test the route at the planned time; record driving, dwell and parking duration, ambient conditions and product readings.

Use logger and product sensors at positions in the approved plan; do not substitute ambient air for product temperature.

Tie decisions to product conditions

Have the quality owner assess actual records against product instructions and approved packout profile.

Review whether the trial still applies when route or dwell profile changes.

Do not build a wait into the delivery plan unless its safety has been demonstrated.
