An unopened lid alone does not show that a load remained suitable under all conditions. The staging area and process must follow product instructions.
Before loading, record product and container IDs, starting measurement, device status, seal and location. Log staging start and handoff time.
Continue monitoring as the procedure specifies. If the container is opened or seal broken, record why and by whom; review data and packaging at handoff and refer disposition to the authorized owner.
