Do not choose humidification by setting one target for the whole room. Find the product storage specification first, then monitor temperature and relative humidity together at product level and across different parts of the room.
Record sensor location, door traffic, and instrument check status. If readings differ noticeably between the door, product area, and refrigeration equipment, investigate distribution and airflow first. Do not treat one sensor as representative of the entire room.
Assess the possibility of condensation on cold surfaces when adding moisture. If you see droplets on pipes, ceilings, panel joints, or products, or wet packaging, ask the service or facility lead to investigate instead of increasing humidification.
If the product specification confirms a humidity need and room measurements support it, assess a humidifier with the design and maintenance leads. Define water quality, cleaning schedule, sensor location, condensation checks, and actions for equipment faults before installation.
