How do you verify cold-chain CAPA effectiveness in the field?

Check whether a field indicator tied to the root cause changed, not merely whether the action was completed.

Short answer

At CAPA opening, record cause, success indicator, comparable trip group and reviewer. After implementation, check similar records and field practice; keep it open if evidence is missing.

Training can finish while the same field failure continues. An effectiveness check tests the outcome.
