Unused volume does more than reduce transport efficiency. It can let cartons move and separate the coolant arrangement from the product load.
The sequence to use in the field
Do not fill gaps with random cardboard. First restrain sideways and forward movement, then use a clean, defined divider that does not block air circulation. Reject any filler that forces the lid.

The next step. If the arrangement has shifted at delivery, a larger box is not the answer. Trial the same load in a smaller container or a fixed internal layout and compare movement.
