When the first delivery sits at the bottom, the whole load moves again under an open lid. Build the sequence from route stops before the product list.
Define the task first
Load the last stop first and the first stop last. Give each stop a layer or zone that can be removed in one movement. Face labels toward the operator rather than the lid.

- Stop order and carton count
- Time the lid is opened
- Wrong carton removed
- Loading-plan revision
Operating consequence
If a carton for another customer must be removed at a stop, the issue is the loading plan, not driver speed. Change the layer order and measure the same stop again.
