Stadium supply requires measuring movement from one store to many kiosks. Record where and when containers reach each event point.
On the dispatch list, note kiosk, product and lot, container ID, quantity and store departure time. The recipient adds kiosk arrival and first service time; record the reason for any delay.
At the event's end, count sold stock, unopened returns and goods held for quality review separately. Decide on reuse under current product instructions and site procedure; do not assume suitability just because a container stayed closed.
Compare records across events by kiosk and event type. When sales peaks, walking time, container waits and returns are visible together, restock order and container count can reflect actual use.
Keep records with lot, timestamps and owner. This helps locate where a stock discrepancy or handoff delay began.
