How does a quarantine area prevent unintended use?

Two things keep a quarantined container out of dispatch: a marked area apart from clean stock and a container ID closed to dispatch in the system. A label alone is not enough, because in a busy shift a tagged container in the same aisle can be picked up. Release updates the area and the system status in one step.

A tagged container standing in the same aisle as clean stock can enter dispatch by mistake in a busy shift. So it stands in a separate marked area, and its ID is closed to dispatch in the system.

A single quarantine corner delays investigation, because the release condition depends on the reason: a damaged container waits for repair or scrapping, a hygiene case for rewashing, a missing-document case for the document, an unreadable-ID case for identity confirmation.

For each container the reason, location, system block and release evidence go on one card with a named owner. At release the label is not simply removed; the area and the system status are updated in the same step.
