At handover, record container ID, cleaning status, time and parties. Define wash acceptance criteria and release ownership in a shared procedure; refer missing records or failures to that owner.

In a shared pool, asset ownership, washing and hygiene acceptance may belong to different roles.

Make handover status visible. At each transfer, record container ID, clean or dirty status and time in a record both parties can access.
