One large box
It may reduce piece handling for one delivery point. Check loaded weight, unloading and the void left after a partial delivery.
Two small boxes. They can separate stops or product groups, leaving the unopened box closed. In return, the operation manages more lids, IDs and cleaning cycles.
Compare the real workflow
Weigh the planned load in both arrangements, pass it through the doorway, rehearse delivery order, and record openings and empty-return space. Verify thermal performance separately against the maker's document and route conditions.
