Choosing between small and large containers depends on product quantity as well as door access, handling steps, storage and vehicle layout. Do not assume one size fits every task.
Collect order and handling data
Use service records to identify batch size, containers used, unused volume, picking and delivery steps. Also note how often a container changes hands and where it is difficult to move.
Trial samples with actual loads
Verify each model's exterior dimensions, loaded weight and usable interior space. Trial a sample through vehicle, depot and customer access; check lid opening, restraint, handling path and unloading access.
Compare single-size and mixed-size arrangements for washing, stock, spare parts and training. Do not treat different models as a shared stacking or base system until technical drawings and loaded trials confirm compatibility.
