One container size can simplify stock and stacking; a mix may fit variable orders. Compare order and handling records to see which arrangement suits your operation.
Build demand profiles. For a representative service period, record order quantity, containers used, unused return space, extra trips and washing time. Separate low- and high-volume days to show where a mismatch occurs.
Test how sizes work together
Do not assume different models share a base or stack safely. Compare exterior dimensions and load limits with manufacturer drawings; trial loaded samples on pallets, in vehicles and in storage arrangements.
If more than one size addresses a clear need in the order and operating records, also compare cleaning, training, spare-parts and inventory steps. Use trial results to choose stock sizes and document the selection key.
