A feed additive carried in a sack or pallet may have different requirements from ordinary dry freight. Verify claims about live cultures or sensitive ingredients in product documents.
Link storage and shipment data to the lot
Match product and lot details in the label, technical sheet and safety document with storage instructions and date code. Choose warehouse measurement locations based on where stock is held; log loading, waiting and receipt times in transit.
Apply a temperature range, packaging or other control only when the relevant supplier instruction calls for it. If using an insulated container for a small lot, verify product conditions with a representative load and route measurement.
