Plan a wheeled-container wash area around the open working dimensions and actual washing and drying flow. Closed dimensions alone do not show the needed manoeuvring space.

Trial the layout with the container

Measure the footprint with the lid open and shelves or plates removed. Mark entry, turning, parts placement and drying areas on the floor, then test movement with loaded and empty units.

Validate drainage and workflow. Observe water flow during washing and test drain performance at the site's actual flow rate. If water pools or escapes into the corridor, review fall and drainage design with a specialist. Set cleaning and drying acceptance through the site procedure; record units washed and ready for use separately by shift.
