A wash record should also show that a container dried after rinsing. Separate wet containers from clean, dispatch-ready stock to avoid accidental reuse.
Define drying checkpoints. Add lid interior, corners, shelves and accessories, and the gasket channel to the checklist. Follow the manufacturer care instructions for drying arrangement and permitted stacking.
Track the drying flow
Record container ID, wash completion time, drying location and inspection result. If it is not ready, apply a status label and assign an owner for recheck.
Plan wash capacity from actual cycle data
Review drying area and completion times in the records. If the queue grows, adjust shift, racks or airflow arrangement and track results with the same check.
