EU export rules: first check which requirements apply

Not every EU environmental rule covers every product or Turkish supplier. Verify market, product, packaging, company role and application date separately.

Check whether an EU environmental rule applies to your business against the sales market, product or packaging category, your supply-chain role and the provision's date in current official text. Keep buyer requests separate from legal duties. For readiness, collect material, weight, energy and traceability records with their sources.

EU environmental rules cover different subjects. The PPWR concerns packaging; F-gas rules concern specified refrigeration equipment and gases. Scope can vary by role, product and date.

Record product/packaging, material and weight, unit model and gas, destination and buyer role. Note the legal basis and date separately from customer specifications.

Match products and equipment to the PPWR and F-gas text. Do not infer a universal ban, target or deadline for all suppliers from a broad heading.
