Broad phrases such as “environmentally friendly” do not show which impact or comparison is meant. Before publishing a claim, define what was measured, in which unit and over what period.

For a comparison, use the same function and boundary: amount of goods moved, route, whether packaging, returns and washing are included. For a reusable-container claim, record containers dispatched and returned, actual rotations, losses and the amount of single-use material in the comparison. Do not present a hypothetical result as realised savings.

Keep weighing or purchasing records, period, calculation method, emissions-factor source/version and excluded items in the evidence file. If using a manufacturer document, match the exact model, configuration, scope and validity date to the claim.

For advertising in Türkiye or promotion in the EU market, separately verify the current official rule and its effective date. A measurement or document may support a technical claim; it does not by itself establish legal compliance in every context.
