For a subscription shipment, assess packaging, parcel transport, and the wait after delivery together. A single box test does not automatically qualify changing product loads or routes.
Define the packout to test. Record product and quantity, inner packaging, cold source, void space, closure, and package orientation. Follow manufacturer instructions and the buyer’s product conditions.
Include the route and delivery
Log the times for collection, transfer, last-mile delivery, and any doorstep wait. State the representative weather and route conditions in the trial.
Compare results with product criteria
Monitor product temperature at a suitable location using an approved method. Link deviations or delays to the same shipment record; assess acceptance against product specifications and buyer criteria.
