During a planned overnight stop, both vehicle and load are stationary. Outcome depends on equipment, parking conditions, stop duration and product requirements; do not generalise a fixed duration.
Set stop conditions in advance. Clarify safe parking, load security, closed-body or carrier conditions and access authority in the operator's stop plan. Prepare the load under manufacturer instructions.
Record events during the stop. Log start/end times, ambient conditions, parking place, sun or shade and lid openings. Check that the sensor represents the product zone.
Review records at departure
Check product reading, device data and load identity together. Obtain acceptance conditions for the remaining route from the product procedure; do not decide from one instantaneous value.
Stop and escalate deviations
If data is missing or a reading falls outside product requirements, contact the responsible quality owner before moving the shipment onward. Record the decision and next step.
