GEBHARDT's pallet-based Isotec TBX 900, 1000, 1070 and 1170 litre models share one external width, 797 mm; depth is 1200 mm and height runs from 1784 to 2134 mm. For any operation moving goods between floors, those three dimensions settle the lift question.

Clear door width797 mm
Clear door height1784-2134 mm, depending on the model
Car depth1200 mm plus an operator
Car capacityLoad up to 700 kg, plus the container's own weight

The most common mistake is to look only at the car. The car may be wide while the door opening is narrow, and if the container cannot pass the door, the width of the car is no use. Height works the same way: a lintel above the door can leave less clear passage than the car height, so for the 1170 litre model the measurement is taken at the door frame.

If it does not fit, the 410 litre wheeled model, 580 mm wide, passes narrow doors, but one 1170 litre load takes about three of them and three lift trips. The other route is to ride the goods up on a trolley and transfer them into a container that stays on that floor, so the container never enters the lift.

A container that fits may still not fit with an operator beside it. In a lift reserved for goods nobody may ride in the car, and sending a loaded container up alone needs someone to receive it upstairs. When leasing a store, measuring the service lift before signing is the cheapest fix.
