Even in the same vehicle, hot and chilled goods cannot be managed as one temperature regime. Verify the specification and transport procedure separately with the product owner.

Carry products in separate containers with documented suitability. Identify and secure them in the vehicle; follow vehicle and container maker instructions for ventilation, compartments and loading order.

For each group, record product and lot, loading time, container ID, instrument and measurement point. One vehicle-air reading does not show product conditions in separate containers.

On a trial round, note first and last deliveries, stops, openings and waits. Compare arrival readings with the relevant product instructions and adjust load layout or route as needed.

If there is a deviation, segregate products, preserve raw records and leave disposition to the authorised quality owner. A duration or result for one group does not apply to the other.
