For each stop, record the narrowest doorway, threshold and aisle, order volume, and manufacturer-stated internal dimensions and weights. Load a real trial and test access and handling with staff. If it does not fit vehicle, store or product needs, trial a smaller or different format on the route and decide from stop data.
