If you find different conditioning values for the same stated use, do not choose a document by its number alone. Check whether title, product code, market, issue date and measurement method describe the same product and conditions.

Log each document's source and revision, then ask your supplier in writing which instruction applies. A technical sheet, user manual and training material may serve different purposes; do not reconcile the difference by assumption. GEBHARDT's page recommends at least 5 °C below melting point and 24 hours at -19 °C for its -14 °C plate; do not generalise to another product.

In the approved procedure, identify document and revision, instrument and measurement point, owner and review trigger. Record actual chamber cycles and representative plate checks; refer results outside the instructions to the maker.

When a new document arrives, remove the superseded copy from points of use and record the change date and training. A test on one plate or site does not establish a universal lower bound for another model, chamber or loading pattern.
