Technical pages and catalogues can show different values; that alone does not reveal which is wrong. Resolve the difference by exact product variant and measurement context.
Match the sources
Compare article/model code, options, market, document revision and date. Check whether dimensions include castors and under what conditions a capacity is stated.
Get critical values confirmed in writing
If a difference could change dimensions, load limits or safety decisions, do not count documents. Ask your supplier for written confirmation or a current drawing for the exact configuration.
Keep the resolution traceable
Record selected value, source link, date, model scope and decision owner. If conflict remains, disclose both values and uncertainty in the quote or technical text.
Recheck after changes
Do not automatically carry over earlier confirmation when product code, revision or market changes. Transfer critical technical data to purchasing and installation records.
