The pilot should show how the selected ISOTEC model works with your loading and delivery process, not repeat catalogue conditions. Keep GEBHARDT's product data distinct from measurements on your route.

First agree the acceptable temperature range and excursion action with the product owner. Then choose trials that cover normal and difficult route conditions, load, plate preparation, waiting and lid openings. The required number of trips depends on risk and variation; ten is not a universal validation rule.

For each trial, record model and container ID, product and quantity, loading temperature, plate type and preparation, logger position, ambient conditions, stops, openings and return time. Place the logger at the same representative product location each trip, and document any change.

Compare every trial with the acceptance range; do not report only the best result. Review temperature excursions and workflow problems. Do not assume pilot results apply automatically after the route, product or loading setup changes.
