Choices in a TBX order depend on one another, but do not assume every variant or accessory exists across all sizes. Build the request around a defined task and a verifiable product configuration.
Describe the operating task first
State product and package dimensions, loading method, delivery flow and transport conditions in the product specification. Measure vehicle and site access to determine required external size and base type.
Match options to a model code. Request full model code, external and internal dimensions, wheeled or pallet base, interior shelves and rails, cold source, and included options as separate lines. Confirm each part's compatibility with the selected model in the current catalogue or technical drawing.
GEBHARDT lists 500 kg Nutzlast for wheeled 410, 600, 725 and 795 models, and 700 kg for pallet-based 900, 1000, 1070, 1170 and 1500. These are catalogue values for listed models; verify applicability for the selected code, load and order drawing. Confirm plate count and accessory fit in the technical documents. Keep drawing revision and part list with the order confirmation.
