Rather than assigning an insulated-container buyer to a fixed profile, describe the task. Vehicle capacity, product conditions, delivery frequency and empty-container returns may all matter to one operation.
For representative orders, record product and package dimensions, stop count, route duration, vehicle loading arrangement and cleaning/return flow. If the product has specific transport conditions, define the validation evidence needed for suitability.
Compare options against the same task: load fit, field use, record needs, maintenance and return costs. Run a real-load pilot and log deviations; update quantity and model choices from that evidence, not another business's profile.
