Do not immediately blame ice packs for floor water. Separate wash water, condensation, product leaks and meltwater using shift records.
Start with a clean, dry floor and log where and when water first appears during loading, door openings, washing and return. Check product leaks, condensation and melted ice separately. Update drainage, drying or cleaning procedures based on the source; dispose of wastewater only under site procedure.
At each return, record the starting floor condition and when water first appears: loading, route, unloading or washing. Inspect pack shells and product packaging too.
Do not assume several causes at once. Keep observations or photos for condensation, product leaks, wash water and meltwater separate.
Once the source is identified, revise floor drying and drainage under the site procedure. Tie wastewater disposal and vehicle cleaning to the authorized workflow.
