Water in a container does not by itself mean an ice-pack leak. Condensation, wash residue, spills and structural leakage require different evidence.

Mark where it appears

Photograph whether moisture is inside or outside, near the seal or on packaging, with time and container ID.

Check use history

Compare recent washing and drying, plate position, lid openings, ambient conditions and spill records.

Verify leakage. Inspect the pack and shell for cracks, deformation or joint damage using the maker's inspection instructions. Do not classify a visible droplet as a leak by itself.

Check for recurrence

Dry the container and plate, then observe under the same use conditions. If moisture recurs, compare location and environment and isolate the equipment for inspection.

Update cleaning records. Add drying, storage and closure steps to the procedure; ask the quality owner to assess affected product packaging.
