Temperature distribution depends on the plate, shelves, load and carrier design. Measure within the load instead of explaining air movement with one simple rule.
Verify the placement instructions. Check pack holders, shelves and permitted loading layout in the exact model manual. Do not recommend moving a pack without manufacturer approval.
Test the actual stack
Photograph the normal package size and fill arrangement. Mark products touching walls, base or packs separately.
Map temperatures. Take product-zone readings at upper, middle and lower locations using the same starting condition. Match readings to time and lid openings.
Use results within their limits
Distribution may change when void space, product or stack changes. Measure the new arrangement again; make product acceptance decisions under the authorised procedure.
