One temperature reading on a multi-stop round does not show which delivery step caused a deviation. Separate orders by container and match stop, container, and temperature records on the same route sheet.

Before loading, assign each order a container or logger ID. List the container position in delivery order so the driver retrieves only the order for that stop. The other orders remain closed and the full load need not be disturbed to find one item.

Record planned and actual arrival times, waiting duration, door opening, any logger reading, and the reason for delay. If product temperature must be measured, use the approved work instruction and its specified measurement point.

Pilot the route with the same product and a similar load. If a reading deviation repeatedly coincides with a door opening or delay at one stop, adjust that stop's receiving, loading, or container arrangement. Take acceptance limits from the product specification, not a generic value.
