A new district changes more than map distance; it affects round duration and container return cycles. Run a small route trial before permanent launch.
Before the pilot, confirm customer address, receiving window, parking and access, order volume and empty-container return. Obtain product and transport requirements from the relevant procedure.
For each run, record loading, departure, stops, waits, arrival and handoff times. Add container ID, product or lot, instrument and final handoff measurement point.
Across several comparable rounds, compare actual and planned durations. Separate bottlenecks in final delivery, container return, washing and preparation, or staffing; do not treat one run as normal performance.
The process owner decides on expansion using product requirements, route data and container cycle. If readings or receipt records deviate, revise and retest before extending service.
