On a weekly collection route, each load may spend a different time in the vehicle. Record duration and product condition at every producer stop; a single round total can hide differences.
Find where exposure occurs
Note openings, waiting and sensor position by stop. Compare product readings with the acceptance specification; include a separate-container trial in the record.
| Route method | Check |
|---|---|
| Shared volume | Openings, mixing and load order |
| Separate containers | ID, lid and arrival condition |
Collector and producer records
Before mixing producer lots at the hub, check traceability records. Match container ID, quantity and receipt time to the lot file.
Base stop order on measurements. Compare stop order, waiting and return route for sensitive loads picked up earlier. Trial an order that reduces measured product exposure instead of applying a blanket rule such as starting with the farthest village.

Measure again when seasons change. When weather and road conditions change, track a new round with the same form. A previous result is not automatic evidence for new conditions.
