Changing conditions over a day may disappear in a single average. Track overnight parking, morning loading and daytime stops on the same route timeline.
Put the measurement in context
Place the product-zone sensor appropriately; vehicle-air readings alone do not prove product condition. Record start, stop, delivery and holding times.
Review maximum and minimum readings
Use the timestamped trace to find when the highest and lowest readings occurred. Link the instrument's range and calibration status to the record.
Assess overnight holding
Mark when a load remains in a vehicle; do not assume the parking location or cover conditions. If a deviation occurs, follow the product procedure and leave the decision to the authorised responsible person.
Compare the next trip
Compare trips with matching times, routes and loads. This helps identify which stop or holding step changed the outcome.
