Record the observed peak count for each group, container outside dimensions and maker-approved nesting or stacking configuration. Calculate floor area for that setup.
Trial marked spaces during peak operations; log overflow, repeat moves and aisle obstructions. Adjust the layout to actual movement paths and update the area measurement.
