How to organize morning preparation for a container fleet

Match route lists, container readiness and dispatch sequence in one shift record.

Short answer

At shift start, match route and order lists to container IDs. Separate clean, undamaged, ready units and record plate or accessory status under instructions. Assign staging space by dispatch order; report missing equipment to its owner. At shift end, reconcile assigned containers with the actual load.

Link each unit to its ID, cleanliness and damage status, plate set and assigned route. Move unready equipment to a separate area and record reason and owner.

Stage containers in loading order. At dispatch, confirm IDs with the driver and load owner; reconcile remaining or substituted equipment in the shift record.
