How to plan ice cream and dairy on one delivery round

Validate SKU conditions, vehicle layout and door openings together in a route trial.

Short answer

Do not assign ice cream and dairy one regime by category name. Set targets from each SKU label and buyer specification, then match container, plate article and interior configuration. Test separate compartments or containers with representative loads, route and stop openings. Record first and final deliveries; refer deviations to the quality owner.

Carrying more than one product on a vehicle does not mean using the same temperature or plate for each. Verify SKU and buyer conditions before choosing a container or plate configuration.

List requirements by product

Write separate label, technical specification and delivery requirements for ice cream and dairy. Match the relevant compartment and plate article to those conditions; a plate phase point alone does not guarantee a product band.

Validate the round by measurement. Trial the route and door openings with representative product or a suitable load simulation. Record first and final delivery readings at points required by product/procedure, stop times and which container was opened. Do not combine loads or change route order by assumption before suitability is shown.
