Make area status visible

A freezer plate and partly thawed return can mix if history is missing.

  • Plate and batch ID
  • Rack bay
  • Status
  • Movement time

Flow control point

Use separate bays for returns, pending conditioning, freezer stock and accepted plates.

Record each move; release to ready stock only after acceptance. If mixing occurs, reverify the affected batch.
