Record before acceptance
- Unit identity and fault symptom
- Cleaning and residue state
- Inspection requested
Set the handover bay
Clarify workshop acceptance conditions in the work order.
Complete the work order
Add photo, time, sender and receiver; place the unit in the segregated bay.
Record repair closure and final inspection separately.
Do not release it to operations without authorized approval.
